Asyntai AI Chatbot for FOSSBilling
Put an AI assistant on your hosting client area, and let it answer from your own knowledge base.
What it does
- The widget. An AI chat assistant appears on every page of your client area: the dashboard, the order pages, the knowledge base, the ticket pages and the sign-in page.
- The content. It can send your published knowledge base articles, news posts and custom pages to Asyntai, so the assistant answers with what you have already written.
Either half works on its own. Every question the assistant answers is a support ticket nobody has to open.
Installing
- Install the module from Extensions, then Activate it.
- Open Settings next to the module and select Connect to Asyntai.
- Sign in, or create a free account, and choose which of your websites this client area belongs to.
- Reload the settings page. It now says Connected.
- Choose what Asyntai may read, then select Send now.

Requirements
- FOSSBilling 0.8.0 or newer
- An Asyntai account. The free plan is enough to start.
Your client area never waits for us
The client area makes no network call to Asyntai. The module stores what it needs, so a page renders at full speed even when our service is unreachable.
